Tuesday May 28 Meeting

Join us on Tuesday, May 28 for our Friendship Tray Place mat Sew  In! Please bring  your sewing machine and supplies to make place mats for our Outreach Program.  There will also be a few placemat "tops" ready to demonstrate  a quick method ....and you can complete a  place mat!












Don't forget your BOM block and Show and  Tell!

Highlights from the April 2019 Meeting

We had an awesome Meeting on Tuesday April 30, 2019.  Lani Lawrence from Friendship Trays, a non profit organization that deliver meals to approximately 700 residents in Mecklenburg county.  Our community outreach project for the guild is to make place mats for Friendship Trays.  Our President challenged us to make 700 Place mats.  We can do this!

Our May program will be a sew-in to make Place mats. There are several  different methods to make place mats...join us to check it out!

We welcomed 2 guests to our meeting.  21 total were in attendance.

Ten members brought in their Block of the Month.  They are all really cool!

Then Eve gave a demo on freezer paper piecing and one Deb Tucker Rulers. Very informative!
